  As residents of the area, we were extremely pleased to hear that the new owners, Chris and Wendy, revamped the restaurant, now called McBride's. Now we have a place to go for either a nice dinner or some wings on a Friday after work without having to stay in North Bay or head into town on the weekend. We tried it for the first time last week. We ordered the sausage and pepper penne and the mediterranean penne and everything was delicious. They have a very good selection of wine and the house wine was also good. The service was great. We will be going back and we want to wish Chris and Wendy all the best and welcome them to the area.

  We had the whole family at both cottages for a week this summer. What a great place with fantastic new owners! Our family likes to dirt bike and atv and they are literally one minute away from the best system of trails anywhere around. Love this area! Wendy and Chris were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. the restaurant looks great and the food was simply phenomenal! Way to go! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay on beautiful Lake Talon!

  Fantastic experience. The log cabin was perfect for our multifamily weekend getaway. Clean, comfortable. Staff were amazing. Fireworks display was beautiful. Definitely a stay again!!!

  Had a great time! The owners Wendy and Chris are very accommodating, will definitely be going back. Could use a couple 30amp sites and an upgraded play area for the kids, but as new owners they are doing they're best to upgrade the grounds bit by bit. Thank you Wendy and Chris for everything. Beau.
